1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Tornado platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Tornado provides a remote administration toolkit and command-and-control infrastructure for authorized security testing, penetration testing engagements, and research purposes. The Service includes implant generation, deployment management, and real-time device interaction capabilities.
3. Authorized Use
You represent and warrant that you have explicit, documented authorization to deploy Tornado on any target systems. Unauthorized access to computer systems is illegal. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. No Data Retention
Tornado operates on a zero-retention model. We do not store personally identifiable information, access logs, or session histories beyond what is required for active operation. Upon session termination or server compromise, all ephemeral data is purged.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials on your end.
6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, detection rates, or suitability for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Tornado or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to any account at any time, for any reason, without notice. All associated data will be destroyed upon termination.
9. Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
